From certified bovine hide to a fine, 98%-protein powder — gelatin production is a long chain of carefully controlled steps. Here is how it works inside our Lahore facility.
From raw material to refined protein
Production begins at raw-material receiving, where only certified Halal bovine hides are accepted. The material is chopped, then conditioned through acidulation, washing, alkaline treatment and acid treatment — breaking collagen down so it can be extracted as pure gelatin.

The production line, step by step
Acid treatment and hot-water extraction
Filtration and deionization for purity
Concentration and sterilization
Chilling, drying and milling to powder
Quality testing of every batch
Milling, sifting and blending to specification
Packaging, final inspection and shipping

Quality at every stage
With an annual capacity of 2,000–2,500 tons, every batch is packed in moisture-free, airtight packaging — food-grade PP bags with inner liners, tri-layer kraft paper bags, or FIBC bulk bags up to 625 kg — extending shelf life and preserving quality from our plant to yours.
