A gelatin manufacturer and exporter working to consistent specifications, with an ongoing focus on quality, product development and sustainability.
We are looking for people who want to build something lasting in Pakistani manufacturing. The plant has been running for twenty-eight years and the same family still answers for what leaves it — the work here is measured in years, not quarters.
Every batch that leaves this site is documented, tested and traceable back to the hide it came from. That standard is not a poster in the corridor; it is what the day actually consists of, whichever department you join.
Our customers are formulators and auditors in nineteen markets across Asia, the GCC region, Türkiye, Europe and the UK. You work to what they ask of us, which is a faster education than most plants can offer.
We are owner-run, not a division of a holding company, so the people who decide are people you can walk to. Good work is seen by those who can act on it.
The commitments the company makes to its customers are the same ones it makes to the people who do the work.
Hygiene and fire safety are inspected on a schedule, not on a complaint. The site's fire fighting equipment carries a current Civil Defence inspection certificate, and hygiene procedure is posted where the work happens rather than filed somewhere.
Documented procedure at all fourteen production stages means training is structured rather than picked up: people are trained onto a stage, signed off on it, and moved on when they are ready for the next one.
Our SEDEX membership puts labour standards, health and safety and working conditions at this site in front of independent auditors, and the reports go to customers on request. For an employee it means the conditions here are examined by someone other than us.
Three positions are open as the company strengthens its production, HR and governance functions. Each listing sets out the responsibilities in full — apply with your CV and name the role.
