Ideal candidate
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who is willing to work at factory level, interact directly with employees and workers, and take ownership of day-to-day HR matters while helping management improve existing HR systems.
The candidate should be practical, organised, disciplined and comfortable working with workers, supervisors, departmental managers and senior management.
Candidates with only corporate-office HR exposure and no interest in factory-based workforce management may not be suitable for this position.
Career growth & working environment
This is a factory-based position requiring regular physical presence at the manufacturing facility. The candidate should be comfortable working in an industrial environment and supporting workforce requirements associated with continuous manufacturing operations and shift-based manpower.
SGIL is strengthening its management structure and provides opportunities for capable employees to take on broader responsibilities as the organisation grows. Strong performance in this position can lead to progression into senior HR and organisational-development responsibilities within the Company.
